Senior Manager – Sales


Job Summary

We are expanding our Business Development team and are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our Sales Unit. The ideal candidate will manage a team of executives, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive both individual and team performance toward ambitious growth targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, influence, and supervise a team of sales executives

  • Direct the team by establishing and tracking sales targets

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure consistent revenue growth

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in target companies to uncover consulting needs

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across core and adjacent markets

  • Create and manage sales strategy plans and monitor execution

  • Oversee the training, development, and motivation of the sales team

  • Apply best practices in planning, performance evaluation, and workflow methodology

  • Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of client markets, including trends and opportunities

  • Be responsible for achieving personal sales targets alongside team performance

  • Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and customer preferences

  • Optimize inventory planning based on market demands and trends


Desirable Skills and Experience

  • 8–12 years of experience in a sales or business development role

  • Strong consultative sales approach with a proven ability to close deals and drive new business

  • Specialized domain knowledge relevant to target markets

  • High commercial awareness and a professional, client-focused attitude

  • Goal-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving capabilities

  • Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills to drive sales performance

  • Strong understanding of sales cycle management, forecasting, and strategic planning

  • High level of business acumen and the ability to foster strong internal and external relationships
