Position: Senior Clinical Research Associate

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research professional with strong domain expertise and deep clinical research knowledge to join our growing team.


About Beacon Targeted Therapies (Beacon Intelligence)

Beacon offers a modular, cloud-based SaaS platform designed to personalize drug development data and seamlessly integrate it into daily workflows. The platform supports global pharma, biotech, and clinical development stakeholders in:

  • Target discovery and analysis

  • Candidate screening and benchmarking

  • Market entry and exit strategy

  • Trial design and development

  • Translational science analysis


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Data Curation

  • Lead and manage a research team to curate accurate, timely, and comprehensive life science data.

  • Identify, analyze, and validate relevant information for Beacon platform users.

  • Oversee activities required for the launch and maintenance of Beacon modules.

Client Coordination

  • Communicate regularly with UK-based clients to understand project requirements and ensure timely deliverables.

Research & Data Management

  • Perform data management activities with efficiency and accuracy.

  • Generate and resolve queries to improve data quality.

  • Work as part of a global network of life science researchers across fast-growing, cutting-edge therapeutic areas.

Scientific Expertise

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of clinical trials, clinical data, and preclinical data.


Required Attributes & Skills

Domain Expertise

Ideal candidates will have subject-matter expertise in oncology drug therapies, such as:

  • Antibody–Drug Conjugates (ADC)

  • Bispecific Antibodies

  • Adoptive Cell Therapies

  • Checkpoint Modulators

  • Oncolytic Viruses

  • Gene Therapy

Other Required Skills

  • Proven ability to understand complex life science concepts.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Prior research or data-oriented experience (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Knowledge of pharmacology, drug discovery & development, and clinical trials (preferred).

  • Strong project and people management abilities.

  • Proactive, results-oriented, and impact-driven mindset.

  • Highly curious and eager to learn continuously.


Eligibility Criteria

Educational Requirements

Master’s degree in one of the following (min. 2–3+ years experience):

  • Pharmacy (except Pharmacognosy)

  • Biology

  • Biotechnology

  • Biochemistry

  • Pharm D

OR

Bachelor’s degree in the above fields (min. 4+ years experience)

Additional Requirements

  • Clinical Research diploma or relevant certifications (preferred).

  • Basic computer proficiency, MS Office, and strong internet research skills.

  • At least one published research paper.

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
