Job Summary

Amgen is hiring a Senior Associate – Marketing Technology for its Hyderabad Innovation Hub. This on-site role offers the opportunity to be at the core of Amgen’s digital transformation, enabling innovative and compliant digital content experiences across the healthcare space. You'll work with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (AEM, Assets, Workfront) and collaborate globally across marketing, tech, and product teams.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Initiatives

  • Design and implement scalable digital content solutions

  • Translate complex business requirements into effective digital strategies

  • Contribute to product roadmaps aligned with compliance and business value

  • Use data analysis to generate strategic insights for ongoing optimization

Team & Delivery

  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and content leads

  • Participate in sprint planning and manage workstream deliverables

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and shared learning

Operational Excellence

  • Establish and support workflows in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

  • Monitor performance metrics and manage A/B testing campaigns

  • Ensure adherence to SEO, accessibility, and regulatory compliance

Collaboration & Communication

  • Engage with global teams across marketing, product, and tech

  • Maintain timely and transparent communication across stakeholders

  • Collaborate with offshore and onshore development teams to drive execution


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years in web development, content management, or digital product roles

  • Proficient in Adobe Experience Cloud: AEM Sites & Assets, Workfront, Creative Suite

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

  • Strong understanding of frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, ReactJS, Angular, Handlebars

  • Familiarity with digital content lifecycle, compliance, and governance

  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare digital teams

  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience

  • Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM tools

  • Technical awareness of APIs and performance optimization
