Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, manage client requests for contracting support, ensuring efficient, effective, and timely triage and allocation to the appropriate Legal groups.

  • Engage internally and externally with frequent interactions with business teams to ensure high-quality and consistent client experience.

  • Maintain a clear understanding of the end-to-end contracting process and governance, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Manage client inquiries and feedback.

  • Review and assess client requests and triage processes regularly with the Global Contracting Operations Senior Manager to ensure continuous monitoring and improvement.

  • Ensure effective coordination and communication with various Legal groups.

  • Assist with operational and administrative tasks such as BAU reporting, maintaining training content/resources, and managing various communications.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in contract administration/operations or a similar role in legal operations, including managing client requests and timely triaging.

  • Basic knowledge and experience in contracts and related processes.

  • Understanding of IT systems supporting the contracting process is a plus.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours to support global business across different geographies.
