Role Overview:

The Manager will lead a geographically distributed team of instructional designers and SOP writers focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) training. Responsibilities include overseeing content creation, quality assurance, ticket-based documentation updates, and large-scale content revamp initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings solid RCM domain knowledge, instructional design experience, and strong language skills to drive impactful learning solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead a team of 20+ instructional designers and content writers across India and the Philippines.

  • Manage direct reports in India and coordinate with the Philippines team via a local people manager.

  • Conduct regular one-on-one sessions, performance appraisals, and feedback discussions.

  • Ensure strong team engagement and productivity.

2. Content Development & Maintenance

  • Oversee creation of job aids, ILTs, WBTs, and SOPs for front-end and back-end RCM training.

  • Manage ticketing system for content requests from operations and training delivery teams.

  • Allocate resources, monitor daily capacity, and ensure utilization efficiency.

3. Quality Assurance

  • Conduct quality reviews based on style guides.

  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, formatting, and alignment with stakeholder expectations.

  • Drive continuous improvement in instructional effectiveness and content quality.

4. Project Leadership

  • Lead large-scale content revamp projects involving thousands of documents.

  • Collaborate with U.S.-based learning partners on restricted vs. non-restricted content responsibilities.

  • Implement efficiencies and innovation in content creation and delivery.

5. Compliance & Adaptability

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and contractual terms.

  • Adapt to changing business needs such as reassignment, shift changes, or alternative work arrangements.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

  • 6+ years of experience in instructional design, content development, or training within RCM.

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional or cross-geography teams.

  • Strong understanding of SOP creation and documentation standards.
