Job Summary
Lambda Therapeutic Research Ltd. is seeking a Research Associate – Bioanalytical Operations to support method development, validation, and bioanalytical sample processing using advanced analytical instrumentation. The role requires hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS systems and a strong understanding of GLP, OECD principles, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance standards.
This position is ideal for pharmaceutical and life sciences professionals looking to advance their career in bioanalytical research within a regulated CRO environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and validate bioanalytical methods in accordance with regulatory and protocol requirements.
Process and analyze biological samples for assigned clinical or bioequivalence projects.
Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot LC-MS/MS and other analytical instruments.
Prepare draft methods and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure strict adherence to system-specific and method-specific SOPs, study plans, and protocols.
Complete required training on SOPs and relevant documentation before initiating project activities.
Implement and maintain compliance with GLP, OECD GLP principles, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
Verify instrument labels, maintain equipment logbooks, and ensure timely calibration of analytical instruments.
Maintain data integrity, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness.
Required Qualifications
M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Sc. in a relevant Life Sciences discipline.
Experience Required
2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in bioanalytical laboratory operations, preferably within a CRO or regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Practical experience in LC-MS/MS method development and validation is mandatory.
Technical Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of bioanalytical method validation guidelines.
Hands-on expertise in LC-MS/MS instrumentation and troubleshooting.
Understanding of GLP, OECD GLP principles, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
