Job Overview
The Research Executive supports clinical research documentation by preparing and translating study-related materials such as Informed Consent Forms (ICFs) and supporting documents into regional languages. The role ensures that translated documents maintain clarity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory guidelines and company SOPs. This position requires strong language proficiency and attention to detail to ensure that medical terminology and study information are communicated accurately to participants.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare project-related Informed Consent Forms (ICF) and supporting clinical study documents in regional languages, primarily Gujarati and Hindi.
Review and compare translated and back-translated documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Ensure all translated documents follow correct grammar, syntax, and appropriate medical terminology.
Maintain compliance with company SOPs and applicable regulatory guidelines when preparing documentation.
Ensure proper formatting, clarity, and readability of translated documents for clinical trial participants.
Collaborate with clinical research teams to ensure documentation requirements are met for ongoing projects.
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
Good understanding of grammar, syntax, and language translation standards.
Ability to accurately interpret and translate medical and clinical research terminology.
High attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
Familiarity with documentation standards used in clinical research studies.
Ability to manage multiple documentation tasks within project timelines.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in documentation, translation, or clinical research support roles.
Educational Qualifications
Any Graduate with strong command over English and Gujarati languages.
