Role Overview
As a Research Associate II at Vantive, you will support product development and lifecycle management within Kidney Care Solutions. You will act as a technical expert, driving sustaining activities, tech transfers, and regulatory support while ensuring compliance with international, regional, and national standards. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, project management, and global stakeholder engagement to advance R&D initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Act as PDO support and technical expert for product development and lifecycle management activities in Kidney Care R&D.
Execute sustaining projects in compliance with QA, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Lead tech transfer projects and manage change control processes.
Establish, maintain, and update technical specifications for product appearance and performance.
Support global product registration and launches, addressing regulatory authority queries.
Drive process improvements and cost optimization within lifecycle management projects.
Maintain clear communication and provide regular project status updates across global teams.
Contribute to documentation, root-cause analysis, and technical problem-solving initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Master’s in Chemistry or M.Pharm with 5–8 years of relevant experience, or Ph.D. with 3–4 years of experience in R&D or life sciences.
Strong understanding of product development stages, lifecycle management, and technical specifications.
Knowledge of international, regional, and national regulatory requirements.
Proven project management and stakeholder management experience in global settings.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Self-directed, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound decision-making skills.
