The Associate Healthcare Research & Data Analyst will join the Medtech Insights team and contribute to syndicated market research reports and custom healthcare analytics projects focused on the medical device industry.
The role involves a combination of:

Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Subject Matter Expertise
Act as subject matter expert in cardiovascular medical device markets
Conduct interviews with industry professionals and healthcare experts
Develop insights using proprietary research databases
2. Data Analysis & Insight Generation
Analyze:
Financial data
Regulatory documents
Government reports
Identify key inputs for market analysis and forecasting
3. Market Modeling & Forecasting
Build healthcare and medical device market models
Integrate qualitative and quantitative data into forecasting frameworks
Analyze macroeconomic and microeconomic drivers
4. Data Handling & Reporting
Use advanced Excel tools for:
Data structuring
Pivot tables
Advanced formulas
Identify trends, outliers, and patterns using datasets
Prepare detailed research reports and insights
5. Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Manage client-facing deliverables
Support sales and business development activities
Communicate insights to high-profile stakeholders
6. Project & Team Support
Lead ad-hoc research projects
Mentor junior team members
Contribute to internal process improvements
Required Qualifications
Education
B.Tech OR
Master’s degree (MS in Life Sciences / MBA) OR
Pharm D OR
PhD
Experience
Freshers eligible OR
Up to 6 months of relevant experience
Required Skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data structuring)
Market research methodology knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Strong multitasking and deadline management abilities
Business acumen for client and sales support
Preferred Skills
