Role Overview

Lambda is hiring a Research Associate – Bioanalytical Operations to support method development, sample analysis, and instrument operations within the bioanalytical division. This role is suitable for freshers who want to build a strong technical foundation in bioanalysis, LC-MS/MS operations, and regulated laboratory environments.


Key Responsibilities

Bioanalytical Method Development & Validation

  • Assist in developing, optimizing, and validating bioanalytical methods as per project requirements.

  • Support method execution according to study plans, protocols, and SOPs.

Sample Processing & Analysis

  • Process and analyze biological samples for assigned studies.

  • Maintain accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of analytical results.

Instrument Handling & Calibration

  • Operate and handle LC-MS/MS and other analytical instruments.

  • Support calibration, troubleshooting, and routine instrument functionality checks.

Documentation & SOP Compliance

  • Prepare draft SOPs, method documents, and ensure adherence to system/method-specific SOPs.

  • Complete mandatory SOP training before initiating any activity.

  • Maintain logbooks, equipment labels, and calibration records in compliance with GLP expectations.

Quality & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure implementation of GLP, OECD principles, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.

  • Support internal audits by maintaining accurate documentation and instrument records.


Qualifications

  • M.Pharm / M.Sc. / B.Pharm

  • Strong interest in bioanalytical research, LC-MS/MS operations, and regulated lab environments.

  • 2-3 years experience with academic or project exposure in analytical techniques will be preferred.
