Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Research Associate to join our clinical research team in Ahmedabad. The role involves paramedical support, patient care, and clinical operations management to ensure high-quality study execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Measure vital signs including blood pressure, ECG, and collect blood samples for clinical studies.

  • Provide nursing support during screening procedures and patient care across clinical sites.

  • Organize and perform paramedical activities, including dosing-related procedures and medication administration.

  • Conduct phlebotomy procedures and assist in the calibration of medical instruments such as sphygmomanometers, thermometers, cardiac monitors, and ECG machines.

  • Serve as a clinical custodian by assisting with meals, bedding, and patient hygiene.

  • Support ICU operations and emergency procedures, including RT insertion and Foley catheterization.

  • Ensure proper disposal of biological waste and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in clinical areas.

  • Manage stock and inventory of paramedical and phlebotomy-related materials.

Experience Required

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in clinical research, nursing, or paramedical roles within a clinical trial setting.

Educational Qualification

  • B.Sc. Nursing
