🧬 Position Overview
As a Regional Clinical Manager – Greater Asia, you will drive clinical excellence across the region by developing strategies, delivering education, and engaging with healthcare stakeholders. This individual contributor role is essential to enhancing patient care, supporting clinical initiatives, and integrating clinical expertise into Baxter’s broader business strategy.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Strategy Development
Design and execute regional clinical strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify clinical improvement opportunities and communicate initiatives across functions.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate clinical insights into product development and promotional efforts.
2. Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospital administrators, and clinical staff.
Act as a clinical resource and advocate for Baxter products, addressing queries with evidence-based information.
3. Training & Education
Create and deliver clinical training programs, educational materials, and workshops.
Provide ongoing education to ensure stakeholders are informed on best practices and new product features.
4. Clinical Support & Consultation
Offer direct clinical support and consultation to optimize patient management and product usage.
Serve as a liaison between Baxter and healthcare facilities to resolve clinical concerns proactively.
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure all clinical activities comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Participate in quality assurance programs to continuously enhance patient care and clinical processes.
🎓 Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in clinical management within healthcare or the medical device industry.
Proven track record in leading clinical programs and stakeholder engagement.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
✈️ Travel Requirements
Willing to travel up to 60% within the assigned region to engage with healthcare providers and lead clinical initiatives.
