Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for developing, tracking, and executing detailed launch plans for new product launches, including new molecules and line extensions. The role encompasses the global market and involves collaboration across various departments to ensure the timely and successful launch of products.

The Project Manager acts as a key influencer, providing expertise and support to stakeholders, and drives outcomes through proactive management and issue resolution.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Management

    • Utilize tools, systems, methodologies, and software to lead, plan, manage, and execute global product launches at the molecule/SKU level.
    • Oversee the Stage Gate process and manage projects in GNPL tools to ensure launch readiness.
  2. Global Launch Coordination

    • Serve as the primary contact and leader for cross-functional teams to develop global launch plans at the SKU level, from submission to launch, for all markets in the assigned portfolio.
    • Organize and facilitate site-based launch meetings to align teams and communicate launch priorities.
  3. Decision-Making and Escalation

    • Make and execute decisions regarding Target Launch Date (TLD) changes, ensuring alignment with R&D, IP, and Sales & Marketing.
    • Escalate unresolved issues and recommend go/no-go decisions for complex and sensitive situations based on risk assessments.
  4. Progress Tracking and Reporting

    • Monitor project progress, communicate updates to relevant departments, and report exceptions, changes, and decisions.
    • Update and maintain all databases required for GNPL, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
  5. Customer and Stakeholder Engagement

    • Liaise with management across the organization to assess customer needs and gather feedback for service improvement.
    • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, R&D, and Operations to achieve on-time, in-full successful launches.
  6. Process Improvement

    • Recommend and participate in departmental and cross-functional process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Compliance and Safety

    • Adhere to all compliance programs, including the Global Business Ethics & Compliance Program, Global Quality policies, Safety & Environment policies, and HR policies.
    • Work collaboratively to ensure all outcomes align with company standards and safety practices.
  8. Miscellaneous Duties

    • Perform any additional tasks relevant to the role as assigned.
