Role Summary:
As Project Leader II, you will drive critical product design change initiatives across Vantive’s global therapy lines (Acute, PD, HD). This role requires deep engagement from inception to production and global market rollout, ensuring timely delivery and full compliance with medical device regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

    • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, risk, and resource allocation.

    • Execute projects using data-driven metrics and tracking.

    • Organize and lead regular cross-functional team meetings.

    • Maintain alignment with global stakeholders and communicate updates clearly.

  • Technical Leadership:

    • Coordinate design and engineering changes, ensuring documentation complies with QMS and design control standards.

    • Oversee execution of change control processes and PLM systems.

    • Participate in and manage engineering risk assessments.

    • Guide production implementation and market release of changes.

  • Collaboration & Execution:

    • Work with global teams across sustaining engineering, production, and regulatory functions.

    • Actively engage in developing reliable technical solutions.

    • Champion cross-functional efficiency to deliver on time and within scope.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong background in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering

  • Bachelor’s degree required; higher degrees are an advantage

  • Minimum 2 years in project/program management and 3+ years in medical device development

  • End-to-end experience in at least one full lifecycle medical device product development

  • Exposure to electromechanical device design

  • Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools

  • Working knowledge of Agile project management (certification preferred)

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

  • Self-driven, metric-oriented, and results-focused mindset
