About the Role
A leading organization is hiring a Project Coordinator in Pune for professionals passionate about project management, localization operations, client coordination, and cross-functional communication. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in handling multiple projects, vendor coordination, scheduling, quality assurance, and deadline-driven execution in a fast-paced corporate environment.
The selected candidate will manage end-to-end localization project lifecycles while collaborating with global project managers, production teams, translators, media teams, and engineering departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete lifecycle of localization and project management activities
Coordinate project stages efficiently while ensuring timely delivery schedules
Handle communication with internal departments including media, translation, engineering, sales, production, and global localization teams
Provide regular project updates to clients and project managers regarding timelines, deliverables, and project status
Collaborate with engineering managers and production managers to streamline execution processes
Coordinate with vendors, production centers, and global project management teams to clarify project requirements
Negotiate timelines and vendor rates with project stakeholders
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and international teams
Monitor project progress, risks, timelines, and overall workflow efficiency
Manage budgeting and project financial tracking activities
Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation and reports
Conduct quality checks including proofreading, final review, and QA validation processes
Ensure delivery accuracy and coordinate feedback implementation throughout project stages
Follow company SOPs, compliance guidelines, and operational procedures
Perform additional project management tasks assigned by reporting managers
Required Skills

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree required
Candidates with an IT background or related technical education will be preferred
Required Experience
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Project Coordination, Localization, Operations, or similar corporate roles
Experience in localization project management will be considered a strong advantage
