Product Manager – Pharmaceutical Marketing | Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Hyderabad
Job Summary:
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager in Hyderabad to lead brand development, innovative product launches, and market-driven strategies. The role focuses on new product ideation, launch planning, branding, KOL management, and supply chain coordination to drive sustainable business growth. Candidates with 3–6 years of experience in sales and 1–2 years in pharma marketing are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and prioritize new product ideas through KOL interactions and market analysis.
Develop business cases and conduct competitor analysis for product positioning.
Plan and coordinate product launches, including creation of manuals, training, and launch meetings.
Monitor brand performance, gather market insights, and execute corrective action plans.
Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather insights and build strong relationships.
Manage Supply Chain activities, including inventory tracking and addressing shortages or excess.
Work with Regional Sales Managers to collect market feedback and tailor regional product strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Science/Pharma/Medical graduate, preferably with MBA in Marketing.
Experience:
3–6 years in sales.
1–2 years in pharmaceutical marketing.
Technical Skills:
In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and generics market.
Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
Market trend analysis, competitor assessment, and customer behavior insights.
Problem-solving abilities for market access and regulatory challenges.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Effective relationship-building capabilities.
