Job Title: Procurement Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly review and update the procurement process to ensure adherence to established protocols.
  • Review and analyze spend data by affiliate, category, and department.
  • Release RFPs as needed and assist the business with the selection of the right vendor.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts and vendor agreements.
  • Define vendor KPIs and SLAs as required.
  • Select vendors after performing due diligence on risks and rates.
  • Manage risk and compliance processes within procurement.
  • Support business units in vendor negotiations and onboarding.
  • Provide regular training on procurement policies and procedures to affiliates.
  • Support auditors by providing necessary data.
  • Maintain contracts and other relevant documents in a central database.
  • Create and share dashboards with management on a monthly basis.
  • Lead Vendor Optimization Projects and Strategic Sourcing initiatives to support business needs.
  • Maintain KPIs related to savings, internal audits, compliance, TAT management, and other company requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in procurement processes, vendor management, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
