Job Description
Job Title: Process Coach
Service Line: Coding
Responsibilities
Understand quality requirements from process perspective and targets
Train new joiners effectively on Medical Coding concepts and guidelines
Monitor trainees' productivity and quality output as per OJT glide path/ramp-up targets
Provide continuous, structured feedback
Educate trainees on client specifications and guidelines
Update trainees on latest coding aspects
Conduct one-on-one sessions addressing repeated errors
Provide feedback on trainee productivity and quality to Team Leads
Effectively relay QC feedback to trainees
Assist Team Leads in early confirmation of trainees by providing valuable inputs
Job Specification
Minimum 3 years professional experience in Medical Coding with specialty in Radiology
Extensive experience in coaching and training as per defined processes
Must have variant training and coaching strategies
Coding certifications like CPC, CCS, COC, or AHIMA are mandatory
Any graduate is eligible
