Phlebotomist
Location: Client Office, Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Status: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

As a Phlebotomist, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and represent Labcorp to our clients. This position also offers opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.

This position does not require full COVID-19 vaccination.

Job Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for patients of all age groups.
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and more.
Accurately input patient information into data systems.
Process billing and collect payments as necessary.
Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
Maintain detailed logs of patient and specimen information.
Provide superior customer service to patients.
Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Travel to additional locations when required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (preferred).
Previous experience as a phlebotomist.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable).
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Must pass a standardized color blindness test.
