🕒 Work Schedule

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM


💼 Key Responsibilities

🩺 Specimen Collection

  • Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.

  • Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.

💻 Data & Record Management

  • Accurately enter patient information in a timely manner.

  • Process billing information and collect payments when required.

  • Maintain patient and specimen logs according to compliance standards.

🧪 Laboratory Support

  • Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.

  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and documentation.

💬 Customer Service & Administration

  • Deliver superior customer service to all patients.

  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed.

  • Travel to additional collection sites when required.


🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Certification: Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (preferred).

  • Experience: Previous phlebotomy experience required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven customer service excellence

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment

  • Comfortable working under minimal supervision

  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record (if applicable)

  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed

  • Must pass a standardized color blindness test
