🕒 Work Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
💼 Key Responsibilities
🩺 Specimen Collection
Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
💻 Data & Record Management
Accurately enter patient information in a timely manner.
Process billing information and collect payments when required.
Maintain patient and specimen logs according to compliance standards.
🧪 Laboratory Support
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and documentation.
💬 Customer Service & Administration
Deliver superior customer service to all patients.
Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Travel to additional collection sites when required.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification: Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (preferred).
Experience: Previous phlebotomy experience required.

Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Reliable transportation and clean driving record (if applicable)
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Must pass a standardized color blindness test
