🕒 Work Schedule
Monday – Friday: Scheduled hours vary between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Float Incentive: Additional $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement
Work Locations: Aurora, Joliet, Bolingbrook, Romeoville, Plainfield, Sandwich, Elgin, Carol Stream, Villa Park, and Bensenville, IL
💰 Pay Range
$17.50 – $24.00 per hour
Pay depends on skills, experience, certifications, and internal equity.
PSTs may participate in the PST Incentive Plan (quarterly performance bonus).
💼 Key Responsibilities
Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information
Process billing information and collect payments as required
Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
Maintain patient and specimen logs
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed
Travel to additional sites when required
🎓 Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or prior phlebotomy experience
Valid Driver's License and good driving record
Must be at least 21 years old
Minimum 2 years phlebotomy experience preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish
