Role Overview:
The Pharmacovigilance Services Associate will support the monitoring, assessment, and reporting of adverse events related to pharmaceutical products. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in case processing, safety database management, and regulatory compliance, making it ideal for early-career professionals in pharmacovigilance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage case identification, data entry, and MedDRA coding for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).

  • Process, review, and submit ICSRs in compliance with client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct follow-ups on pending cases to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

  • Adhere to global pharmacovigilance standards, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and internal SOPs.

  • Collaborate within the PV team and report to direct supervisors for guidance and feedback.

  • Work on rotational shifts as required to maintain continuous pharmacovigilance coverage.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences.

  • 0–2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety operations.

  • Knowledge of MedDRA coding and pharmacovigilance database systems is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to follow detailed instructions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
