Role Overview

You will be aligned with the Life Sciences R&D vertical, specifically in the Clinical, Pharmacovigilance & Regulatory sub-offering.
Your work will support leading biopharma companies in improving patient outcomes through drug safety monitoring and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile reports per process.

  • Perform written follow-ups for Serious and Non-serious cases.

  • Develop case narratives for adverse events for inclusion in:

    • Regulatory submissions

    • Safety reports for completed/interim clinical study reports

  • Solve routine problems using precedent and guidelines.

  • Collaborate mainly with your own team and supervisor.

  • Receive detailed to moderate instructions for daily tasks and new assignments.

  • Individual contributor role with a focused scope of work.

  • May require rotational shifts.


Skills & Requirements

  • Knowledge of Pharmacovigilance Operations and Safety Writing.

  • Ability to write accurate and regulatory-compliant case narratives.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to follow processes and guidelines accurately.
