Role Overview:
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Analyst at Accenture, you will be part of our Life Sciences R&D vertical, supporting clients in the biopharma sector. You will contribute to pharmacovigilance efforts, including case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, and follow-ups for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs). You will be responsible for managing the Affiliate Mailbox, reconciling reports, and performing written follow-up for both serious and non-serious cases. This role requires adhering to global regulatory requirements and client guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform analysis and solve lower-complexity problems within pharmacovigilance services.
Manage the Affiliate Mailbox and ensure proper reconciliation of reports.
Handle case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and case processing for ICSRs.
Perform follow-ups for both serious and non-serious cases per client and regulatory guidelines.
Work independently with moderate supervision and detailed instructions on new assignments.
Collaborate primarily with peers within Accenture, with limited exposure to clients and Accenture management.
Make decisions that impact your work and potentially the work of others in your team.
Participate as an individual contributor, with a focused scope of work within a team.
This role may require working in rotational shifts.

What We’re Looking For:

A Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.
3 to 5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or related fields.
Knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes, including ICSRs and regulatory requirements.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to client guidelines and global regulatory standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under moderate supervision with clear instructions.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
