Job Description:
The Pharmacovigilance Project Manager role at PrimeVigilance provides experienced professionals the opportunity to lead client-facing projects within drug safety operations. This position focuses on planning, communication, and execution of pharmacovigilance project deliverables in a global environment.
Key Accountabilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related matters for clients and internal teams
Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain strong client relationships
Define project scope and objectives in line with the client agreements
Plan project activities, establish timelines, and manage milestones
Deliver regular updates and reports to both clients and internal management (e.g., monthly reports and invoice foundations)
Qualifications:
Experience in pharmacovigilance project management, ideally within a CRO or service provider
Life Sciences or healthcare-related degree (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, veterinary medicine)
Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities with attention to detail
Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
