Company Overview:
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring for its Pharmacovigilance (Drug Safety) team to support patient safety, adverse event reporting, and compliance with global and local pharmacovigilance standards.

Role Summary:
As a Pharmacovigilance Executive, you will manage and process individual case safety reports (ICSRs), ensuring accurate coding, data entry, follow-up, and compliance with procedures while contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Access, analyze, and process complex case data in ARGUS Safety database.

  • Perform coding and data entry for adverse events.

  • Execute all steps of case-handling competently and accurately.

  • Ensure compliance with global and local procedural documents and patient safety policies.

  • Conduct follow-up procedures for ongoing cases.

  • Contribute to development and implementation of new safety-related systems, processes, and procedures.

  • Support a performance-driven culture within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm).

  • Alternate Eligible Qualifications: B.Sc, MSc, BHMS, BAMS, BDS, Biotechnology, Zoology.

Desired Skills:
