Job Description:
The Pharmacovigilance Associate position at PrimeVigilance offers an entry point into Drug Safety, with opportunities for professional growth through exposure to global pharmacovigilance operations. You will be part of the Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) team, contributing to patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Accountabilities:
Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with applicable regulations, internal procedures, and client requirements
Conduct follow-up on ICSRs to gather additional data or clarification
Handle Product Quality Complaints and coordinate with the Quality Assurance team
Perform MedDRA and WHO drug coding
Collaborate with internal departments such as Medical Information and Quality as needed
Qualifications:
A degree in Life Sciences or a healthcare-related field (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, veterinary science)
Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level); additional language skills are a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
