Job Description: Pharmacovigilance Associate

Overview:

The Pharmacovigilance Associate position at PrimeVigilance provides a great opportunity to start and advance your career in Drug Safety. Our Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) team operates across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Key Accountabilities:

ICSR Processing: Manage Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with applicable regulations, PrimeVigilance procedures, and client-specific requirements and timelines.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up activities for ICSR cases.
Product Quality Complaints: Handle product quality complaints and collaborate with the Quality Assurance team.
Coding: Perform MedDRA and WHO coding.
Cross-Department Interaction: Engage with other departments (e.g., Quality, Medical Information) as needed.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Degree in Life Sciences or Biomedical fields (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Veterinary Science).
Skills: Excellent time management, delegation, organization, and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Language Proficiency: Advanced English skills (both verbal and written) at least at B2 level; additional language skills are a plus.
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
