Job Description:
The Pharmacovigilance Assistant at PrimeVigilance supports key administrative activities in drug safety operations. The role involves managing the intake, tracking, and internal coordination of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) while adhering to regulatory timelines and company standards. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to develop foundational skills in pharmacovigilance and healthcare compliance.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Support administrative functions within pharmacovigilance project teams

  • Receive and acknowledge drug safety information from various sources

  • Track, file, and manage ICSRs in accordance with regulatory, client, and company procedures

  • Deliver accurate safety information to internal stakeholders in a timely manner

  • Ensure all documentation is handled securely and confidentially


Qualifications:

  • English fluency (minimum B2 level, both verbal and written)

  • Prior administrative experience

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive data

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing tasks
