Job Summary:

As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, you will support Accenture’s Life Sciences R&D vertical, working across clinical, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory services. You will help biopharma clients improve outcomes by connecting scientific expertise with patient insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Management of the Affiliate Mailbox and reconciliation of reports per process.

  • Performing written follow-ups for both Serious and Non-serious cases.

  • Creating and managing case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submissions, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database.

  • Ensuring compliance with client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.

  • Role may require rotational shifts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.

  • Interact primarily with your team and direct supervisor.

  • Receive detailed to moderate instructions for daily work; detailed guidance for new assignments.

  • Decisions primarily impact your own work.

  • Work as an individual contributor within a predetermined, focused scope.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm)

  • 1–3 years of relevant pharmacovigilance experience


Skills Required:

  • Pharmacovigilance Services – Drug Safety Surveillance

  • Knowledge of case processing and regulatory requirements

  • Ability to follow guidelines and handle routine safety tasks
