Job Description: PGY1 Pharmacist or Partial PGY1

Location: El Monte, CA
Pay: $65-$68/hr (DOE)
Setting: Hospital
Schedule: Varies, Monday - Saturday
Type: Full-Time, Temp to Hire

Rx Relief is a leader in pharmacy recruiting, offering exciting opportunities for both outpatient and inpatient hospital settings. We’re currently seeking a PGY1 Pharmacist or someone who has partially completed their PGY1 to join our team in El Monte.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Provide patient counseling and education on medications.
  • Organize and label medications effectively.
  • Preferably possess IV experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Active California Pharmacist license required.
  • PharmD degree is a must.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical ambulatory care outpatient experience or completion of PGY1 (General or Clinical Specialty) preferred.

Hiring Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Background and drug screening required.
  • Health screening required.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the US is necessary.
