Job Summary:
The Part Time Clinical Nurse Consultant (PTCC) will provide case support, patient management, and education within an assigned client franchise/region. The role focuses on ventricular medical devices, aiming to improve patient outcomes through education and direct clinical support in hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and maintain knowledge of ventricular medical device products and their clinical applications.
Deliver device education in clinical settings including ICU, OR, and Cath Lab.
Provide ventricular medical device case support, including on-call availability.
Conduct proactive patient rounds to provide assistance and ensure support quality.
Collaborate with the Clinical Support Center (CSC) for additional support needs.
Maintain clinical competency and stay current on relevant product and patient management information through ongoing education.
Travel as needed within assigned region.
Job Requirements:
Licensure & Certification:
Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Advanced Practice Provider (APP) license strongly preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years clinical experience in Cardiac ICU (CICU), Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU), Cardiovascular OR (CVOR), or Cath Lab.
CVICU experience highly preferred.
Experience supporting ventricular medical device patients, with at least 10 cases/patients supported.
Some industry experience preferred but not required.
Availability:
Provide a minimum of 2 days of live field support per month (case support, patient rounding, education).
Total availability of 5 days per month.
Must be available for at least 1 weekend per month.
Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
Flexibility to work at multiple hospital locations beyond base location.
Compensation:
Base pay range: $60.00 - $85.00 per hour (dependent on qualifications, experience, location, and schedule).
Additional compensation may include incentives, bonuses, and benefits.
