Job Summary:
The Project Associate will support project management activities, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects. This role requires effective coordination with stakeholders, managing project timelines, budgets, and milestones, and maintaining high-quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Understand project scope, goals, and deliverables
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
Define project success criteria and communicate them to all stakeholders
Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for process improvement
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:
Communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirement documents, and presentations
Determine frequency and content of status reports, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
Issue & Risk Management:
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
Manage project budgets, costing, proposals, and client pitches
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: MBA
Experience: Around 5+ years in Project Management
Experience with Project Management tools and MS Office
Knowledge of latest technologies in project management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills
Strong Excel skills and data analysis/reporting capabilities
Preferred: Experience in life sciences organizations
Good to Have:
