Organizational Effectiveness Manager
In this role, you will oversee learning and performance, talent development, communications, and organizational change management within the Digital, Technology, and Innovation (DTI) function. As a highly emotional intelligent problem solver, you will drive staff development initiatives and offer solutions to challenges. The OE team focuses on promoting growth and continuous learning by introducing new initiatives and technical solutions, enhancing both individual and organizational development.

Roles & Responsibilities
As an OE Manager, you will manage and drive key aspects of the Digital Upskilling & Literacy program within the DTI Learning and Performance strategy. Your activities will include:

  • Managing the Program Delivery timeline
  • Engaging stakeholders
  • Creating and executing communications campaigns
  • Acting as Subject Matter Expert for Digital Literacy Platform
  • Curation of content, certification programs, and oversight of execution
  • Managing Program Analytics & Dashboards
  • Contributing to Learning & Performance initiatives

Basic Qualifications

  • Master’s degree with 4 years in Learning, Talent Development, and Compliance OR
  • Bachelor’s degree with 6 years in Learning, Talent Development, and Compliance OR
  • 3+ years in learning, performance, and talent development
  • 3+ years in processes involving Compliance, GxP, and/or Quality Plans
  • High emotional IQ
  • Demonstrated program management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience in building Power BI reports

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of analyzing output and measuring success factors
  • Ability to create and edit modern SharePoint pages
  • Strong understanding of social media dynamics and using data for insights
  • Workshop facilitation and training development experience
