Position Overview:
We are hiring a PV Support Officer / Senior Officer for our Pharmacovigilance team in Ahmedabad. This role involves supporting client communications, handling multiple mailboxes, assisting during audits/inspections, and providing administrative PV support. It is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in the pharmacovigilance or clinical research domain who possess strong communication and coordination skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple email inboxes efficiently and ensure timely follow-up.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client communication related to routine matters.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support during audits and regulatory inspections.

  • Collaborate proactively with internal teams and external clients for project needs.

  • Utilize tools like MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and communication tasks.

  • Understand basic pharmacovigilance concepts and apply them in daily operations.


Qualifications:

  • B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Pharmacovigilance or clinical research support

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
