Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Nuclear Sales Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for nuclear medicine and a drive to make a positive impact on patients' lives. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory (Denver/Portland area), while working collaboratively with our regional and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with the company’s business objectives, ensuring the achievement of sales goals within your territory.
  • Update and refine the sales plan quarterly, ensuring market research and demographic insights are leveraged to identify key sales prospects.
  • Close new and renewal business deals to meet or exceed established sales targets.
  • Participate in the negotiation and development of contracts to secure new and repeat business.
  • Track and document customer satisfaction levels and sales metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records, including contact profiles and documentation within the territory.
  • Coordinate with other Nuclear Sales Managers to achieve shared business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Nuclear Medicine Degree or a Bachelor’s of Science (required). An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in medical sales, with a preference for experience in the radiopharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of the medical industry, including business, sales, and marketing practices.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing tactical sales plans that meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Experience closing deals and achieving sales targets efficiently.
  • Exceptional negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver impactful sales and marketing presentations.
