We are seeking a Multilingual Medical Information Specialist to join our Medical Information Department. In this role, you will provide high-quality medical information services via phone and email, following comprehensive training on designated clients and products. Candidates must be fluent in both German and English at a C1 level. This position is fully remote and full-time.
With strategically positioned and seamlessly integrated contact centers around the globe, we deliver customizable medical information services tailored to meet the needs of companies of all sizes. Our services include adverse event intake, medical writing, content management solutions, promotional review, and extended medical information services.
