Job Overview:
The Monitoring Associate is responsible for managing assigned monitoring tasks related to clinical trials, ensuring they are completed in a timely and high-quality manner. This role involves overseeing the progress of simple protocols and non-protocol tasks under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform centralized monitoring activities for assigned projects, including loading and updating active databases with details of participating sites.
  • Ensure completion of role-specific training (e-learning, instructor-led, etc.) and assessments on time.
  • Provide access to the Infosario Portal for relevant personnel.
  • Ensure the timely completion of regulatory documentation for kit shipments, such as the Kit Contents Chart (KCC), Packing List, and Import Permit.
  • Monitor the timely release of patient laboratory reports by coordinating with related teams.
  • Ensure that all monitoring activities are well-documented and ready for audits.
  • Participate in department and process improvement initiatives as applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Basic understanding of systems and procedures in the assigned functional area.
  • Ability to comply with all applicable company standards and regulations.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
