Job Description:

The Microbiologist will perform various microbiological techniques, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards in a quality control laboratory environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize traditional microbiological techniques such as spread plating, pour plating, bioburden (membrane filtration), and endotoxin (LAL) testing.

  • Execute and document microbiological method validations.

  • Apply scientific methodology and experimental design principles to plan studies, interpret results, and draw conclusions.

  • Maintain and document compliance with cGMP standards.

  • Proficiently use MS Word and Excel for data recording and reporting.

  • Plan and prioritize concurrent assignments effectively.

  • Work independently with minimal supervision and contribute as a team member in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, preferably in a quality control microbiology laboratory.

  • Hands-on microbiological experience, including knowledge of bioburden and endotoxin testing.

  • GMP experience is essential.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
