Medical Writer / Senior Medical Writer – Remote/Bangalore | 3–7 Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Writer or Senior Medical Writer with 3 to 7 years of expertise in medical communication and content development. Ideal candidates should possess a strong background in life sciences (M Pharm, PhD, MBBS, BDS, or related fields) and demonstrate exceptional ability to create accurate, engaging, and scientifically credible content for diverse deliverables. This opportunity is open for both Remote and Bangalore-based professionals looking to advance their careers in pharmaceutical and healthcare communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop medical communication content such as training manuals, product monographs, newsletters, CME slide decks, review articles, and more
Review complex medical documents and scientific information
Conduct literature searches using PubMed, ResearchGate, etc.
Create storyboards for multimedia formats including websites, e-detailers, and animations
Adhere to regulatory, client, and internal documentation standards
Conduct primary proofreading and quality checks
Ensure timely delivery of client projects with ethical and plagiarism-free writing
Maintain structured templates and follow referencing standards like Vancouver style
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3 to 7 years of experience in Medical Writing or Medical Communications
M Pharm, MBBS, BDS, PhD, or any life sciences qualification
Expertise across multiple therapeutic areas
Clear scientific writing skills with high attention to detail
Familiarity with referencing styles and regulatory document structures
Ability to analyze and present research data effectively
Strong command over medical literature databases
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
