About the Job:

As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in the Immunology therapeutic area, you will build enduring scientific partnerships, drive education, generate valuable insights, and contribute meaningfully to improving patient care.

Scientific Engagement and Exchange:

  • Build and maintain needs-based, peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions in Immunology.

  • Identify collaboration opportunities and implement strategic action plans aligned with the Country Medical Plan.

  • Communicate the benefits, risks, and appropriate use of therapeutic solutions accurately and fairly.

Therapeutic Area Expertise & Educational Program:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant compounds, diseases, and competitors within Immunology.

  • Attend local and international scientific symposia, sharing learnings with brand teams.

  • Develop and facilitate high-quality educational programs and symposia.

Insight Generation:

  • Gather and share actionable insights from the external healthcare environment to support internal strategic decisions.

  • Propose innovative solutions based on collected insights.

Internal Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Actively participate in brand team activities, strategy creation, and integrated brand planning.

  • Provide medical and scientific expertise to sales and marketing teams.

  • Lead the development and execution of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement strategies.

Quality Use of Medicines:

  • Collaborate with the Medical Manager to respond to healthcare professional inquiries.

  • Deliver training on products, disease states, and competitor agents to sales and marketing teams.

  • Maintain strong pharmacovigilance knowledge and comply with all SOPs and local regulations.

About You:

Education:

  • Medical or postgraduate specialist qualifications (e.g., MSc/PhD) preferred.

  • Pharmacy degree with minimum 2 years' post-registration clinical experience, or at least 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Experience:

  • Prior knowledge and experience in Immunology preferred.

  • Ability to interpret scientific data and tailor communications for educational purposes.

  • Understanding of research study design and execution.

Skills:

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written communication).

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital stakeholder engagement platforms.

  • Strategic thinking combined with business acumen.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and cross-functional teamwork abilities.
