Job Purpose

As a Sales Representative, you will:

  • Develop business sales plans for individual Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs) to grow the business.

  • Set short-term objectives for customer calls and execute territory business plans.

  • Achieve and exceed sales objectives for the assigned product mix.


Key Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned HCPs and pharmacy stores daily.

  • Scan the territory to identify and establish channels to increase GSK product access.

  • Position brands using marketing strategies, promotional activities, and market intelligence.

  • Conduct forecasting and manage inventory at distributors.

  • Follow company guidelines and SOPs for all internal and external activities.

  • Prepare and execute business plans aligned with territory performance and strategic objectives.
