Medical Information Specialist (Spanish & English Speaking) – Remote EU

Work Mode: Remote (EU-based)
Schedule: Full-time | US Hours (Mon–Fri, 2 PM–2 AM CET)

Job Summary:

EVERSANA is seeking a fluent Spanish and English-speaking Medical Information Specialist to support global pharmaceutical communications across a range of clients. This remote, EU-based role involves responding to product-related inquiries, translating documentation, and identifying adverse events and quality issues—crucial for pharmacovigilance and regulatory compliance. The position requires strong clinical knowledge, bilingual fluency, and excellent communication skills, particularly for US-shift hours.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate English documents to Spanish (and vice versa) for phone or written medical communications.

  • Respond to drug information inquiries from HCPs, patients, and consumers.

  • Identify and intake adverse events and product complaints per global pharmacovigilance standards.

  • Prepare clear, scientifically sound narratives for AEs and quality complaints.

  • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance on product complaints.

  • Utilize medical literature for accurate, evidence-based responses.

  • Support medical writing and custom response development.

  • Participate in quality improvement, training, and field liaison support tasks.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Life Sciences or healthcare degree (BSc, MSc, PharmD, MPharm, etc.)

  • Fluency in English (C1) and native-level Spanish

  • Strong translation and bilingual communication skills

  • Clinical or pharmaceutical experience preferred (medical writing, call center, Med Info)

  • Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacovigilance, and post-marketing reporting

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Medical Information Management Systems

  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and writing skills

  • Ability to work independently during US hours in a remote setup
