Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Contact Center Associate II fluent in French to join our remote team in India. This role involves responding to medical information requests, handling product quality complaints, and managing pharmacovigilance data in compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates will operate in a 24x7 rotational shift environment and contribute to high-quality medical and safety services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to medical information queries, product quality complaints, and general inquiries via telephone, email, or fax in French.

  • Record, report, and follow up on Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) according to regulations and internal SOPs.

  • Execute drug safety data management processes, including call intake, documentation, peer review, and case follow-up.

  • Track and reconcile information from multiple sources while ensuring high-quality standards.

  • Create, revise, and conduct training materials; assess the effectiveness of training programs.

  • Ensure accuracy and quality of processed data.

  • Perform other duties assigned by management.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in French (spoken and written); fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, or related field with 2–3 years of safety experience

    • BS/BA with 2–3 years of safety experience

    • MA/MS/PharmD with 1–2 years of safety experience

    • Associate degree with 4–5 years relevant experience (or 2+ years safety experience)

    • Non-degree with 5–6 years relevant experience (or 2+ years safety experience)

    • Safety experience includes processing AE/SAE reports, generating narratives, queries, working with safety databases, and regulatory submissions.

    • Relevant experience includes roles in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industries such as Medical Affairs, Clinical Data Management, Regulatory Affairs, or Quality Assurance.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or Chemistry.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess and synthesize medical information.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Understanding of regulatory requirements, pharmacovigilance practices, and ICH-GCP guidelines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to function both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Previous experience in call center operations is an advantage.
