The Measurement and Reporting Associate will support reporting and governance operations by:
Publishing operational reports
Tracking KPIs and SLAs
Supporting analytics activities
Assisting in automation initiatives
Delivering accurate and timely business reports
The role requires strong Excel skills, reporting knowledge, and the ability to work in a matrixed business environment.
