Job Summary

Syneos Health is hiring a Manager, Statistical Programming for a fully remote role based in India. This leadership opportunity is ideal for experienced clinical statistical programmers who have a deep understanding of SDTM, ADaM, and TLF and seek to lead and manage performance-driven teams. As part of a global biopharmaceutical solutions provider, you'll work at the intersection of innovation, analytics, and clinical research.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage statistical programming activities for clinical trials

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage directly with clients

  • Oversee SDTM, ADaM, and TLF deliverables ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Manage resources, including performance evaluations and workload planning

  • Ensure programming deliverables meet regulatory and internal quality standards

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to programming team members


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of total experience in statistical programming

  • At least 5–6 years in clinical programming with exposure to SDTM, ADaM, and TLF

  • Strong knowledge of SAS and clinical data standards

  • Experience with client engagement and communication

  • Proven skills in team leadership, performance management, and resource planning

  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA standards)
