Manager, Statistical Programming – Hybrid (Pune)
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of statistical programmers in a global clinical trials setting
Oversee development and validation of SDTM, ADaM datasets, and TLFs using SAS
Ensure programming deliverables meet quality, timeline, and regulatory standards
Handle resource allocation, workload planning, and performance management
Act as a primary contact for client communication and relationship management
Support project delivery through strategic planning and issue resolution
Guide team in SOP adherence, regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP), and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of total experience in statistical programming
At least 5–6 years of clinical programming experience using SDTM, ADaM, TLFs
Proficiency in SAS programming in clinical trial environments
Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance metrics
Strong client communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, life sciences, or a related field
