Job Summary:
Medpace is seeking an experienced Statistical Programming Manager to join our Biostatistics team in Navi Mumbai. This full-time, office-based position offers the opportunity to manage a team of programmers, contribute to global clinical trials, and lead initiatives to streamline statistical programming processes. If you have a strong SAS background and leadership experience in clinical programming, this role offers both challenge and career growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support to clinical project teams on statistical programming tasks.

  • Manage and mentor programming staff, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

  • Coordinate task assignments and monitor progress across projects.

  • Lead the development and maintenance of programming standards, tools, and efficient processes.

  • Ensure all team projects meet internal objectives and external timelines.

  • Deliver training sessions and provide leadership within the Programming group.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proficient in SAS programming with at least 5 years of clinical programming experience.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

  • Previous experience managing or mentoring programming teams is preferred.
