Job Summary:
Medpace is seeking an experienced Statistical Programming Manager to join our Biostatistics team in Navi Mumbai. This full-time, office-based position offers the opportunity to manage a team of programmers, contribute to global clinical trials, and lead initiatives to streamline statistical programming processes. If you have a strong SAS background and leadership experience in clinical programming, this role offers both challenge and career growth.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level support to clinical project teams on statistical programming tasks.
Manage and mentor programming staff, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Coordinate task assignments and monitor progress across projects.
Lead the development and maintenance of programming standards, tools, and efficient processes.
Ensure all team projects meet internal objectives and external timelines.
Deliver training sessions and provide leadership within the Programming group.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficient in SAS programming with at least 5 years of clinical programming experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Previous experience managing or mentoring programming teams is preferred.
