Job Description

1. Business Development and Sales

  • Drive sales and identify new business opportunities within the Clinical Trials sector.
  • Establish and manage strategic pharma collaborations by generating and qualifying new leads and prospects.
  • Lead new business development efforts, targeting growth and market expansion.

2. Proposal and Contract Management

  • Plan and structure sales activities related to clinical trials.
  • Prepare and submit business, research, and technical proposals.
  • Respond effectively to RFPs/RFIs and client business proposal requests.
  • Participate actively in bid defenses, presenting the organization's capabilities to potential clients.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by:
    • Providing support, information, and guidance.
    • Recommending new opportunities and solutions to meet client needs.

4. Event Participation and Networking

  • Manage and represent the company at corporate meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote services and establish new connections.

5. Market Analysis

  • Monitor current market trends and technological advancements to identify and evaluate new potential markets.

6. Revenue and Goal Achievement

  • Deliver on annual business development and revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.

7. Negotiation and Closing

  • Negotiate client contracts to align with company goals and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Successfully close deals to drive revenue growth.
