Job Purpose

The Junior Operator – Packing will be responsible for operating and maintaining packing machines to ensure quality production and achieve shift-wise targets with maximum resource utilization. The role requires adherence to cGMP and safety guidelines while maintaining machine efficiency and documentation compliance.


Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Preparation & Operation

  • Prepare the packing machine as per the production plan using proper resources to ensure smooth operations.
  • Operate the machine efficiently with minimal resource utilization while ensuring quality output.

2. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain real-time documentation to meet cGMP and data integrity requirements.
  • Ensure accurate machine logs, document entries, SOP adherence, and process simplification.

3. Safety & Operational Efficiency

  • Perform packing operations with strict safety compliance to prevent incidents.
  • Handle machinery carefully to maintain a high standard of workplace safety.

4. Training & Continuous Improvement

  • Train workmen on machine handling, safety protocols, and cGMP adherence.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Diploma in Pharmacy or Engineering

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in packing operations.
  • Knowledge of QMS activities, qualification procedures, and related documentation.
